LANdon returns: the new RLCS Club Championship explained
Rocket League is heading back to London’s Copper Box Arena for a new Club Championship. Announced on September 20, the competition starts with a December 9–13 kickoff; spectators are scheduled for December 11–13.
More than one weekend
Psyonix describes a format separate from the familiar Major structure. Twenty clubs receive direct invitations, with four places available through an online qualifier beginning in November. The 24-team London field then moves into regional online league play, leading to a 16-team Club Finale LAN in 2027.
The announced total prize pool is $2.5 million. Qualifier eligibility, registration and the latest ticket information belong to the official organiser’s channels.
The appeal for spectators is continuity: a club story that develops across the kickoff, league play and a later finale. This is a watchlist item for L337 readers; it does not announce L337 participation.
