FULGUR rides the storm corridors between the Skyborne Citadel's observatories. A silver-haired centaur with a compact storm glaive and a measured voice, he treats every thunderclap as a message that still needs interpreting.

Origin chapter
He charted the exposed ridgelines long before the citadel's beacon network linked them together. When failing conductors cut the outer towers off from the central watch, STATIC held the crossings and TEMPEST read the shifting wind. FULGUR carried their relay markers through the storm and returned with the missing route. He joined the crew to keep those distant lights within reach.
Style & personality
His close-cropped silver hair, dark skin, black horse body and shorter crimson cape give him a distinct outline beside STATIC and TEMPEST. Polished silver plates and electric-blue seams preserve the squad's armored centaur identity, with all four hooves firmly part of the design.
Signature kit
The double-ended storm glaive channels brief arcs between grounded relay points. He uses it as a guide and a guard, saving its brightest charge for the moments when a clear path matters more than a loud entrance.
